I used the Leather Mini Bag pattern to make a belt mounted pouch. The pattern and video tutorial were top notch. I improvised the belt loops as well as a simple closure to better match my RenFaire fit. The alignment of the parts and the instructions made my piece look well made and properly finished.

✦ 1 sqm vegetable tanned leather 1.8 mm (4.5 oz) for making 2 bags
✦ lining: 1 mm (2-3 oz) pigskin
✦ inside pocket: sheepskin 1 mm (2-3 oz)
✦ 1 mm waxed thread
✦ edge painting
ACCESSORIES
✦ 2 x 20 mm rolling buckles
✦ 1 button stud screwback
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
✦ 18 mm Olfa cutter
✦ 1.5 mm hole puncher
✦ stitching needles (John James are the best)
✦ rubber mallet
✦ cutting pad
✦ masking tape
✦ a good glue, preferably cement glue
The pattern is for A4 paper size.
