Both of them are cute and have character. I don't have any molds, but I appreciate the alternative build which I may try it in the future.
One thing I would like to see added if possible, is more internal compartments for keys, mobile, change. Could be closed with button, zip or even be open spaced.

Although I have not built the bag yet the pattern just like all the rest of the patterns that I’ve purchased are very precise and clear the videos always help, and I look forward to the build and future inspirational patterns that you might offer
