How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an automatic email with your download link(s) within minutes. Your purchase is also available anytime from your account order history at vasileandpavel.com.
If you bought through Etsy, your files are delivered through Etsy's own "Purchases and Reviews" section.
What you get access to
Depending on the product, this may include a printable PDF pattern (A4 and US Letter), a DXF vector file for laser cutters and digital cutting machines, and a link to a step-by-step video tutorial. Every product page lists exactly what's included under "What's Included."
Access never expires
Once you've purchased a pattern, your download link never expires and you can re-download it anytime from your account. If we ever revise or improve a pattern you already own, you'll automatically get the updated files at no extra charge.
