Digital Products, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
All Vasile and Pavel products are digital content delivered electronically, including PDF patterns, DXF files, and access to video tutorials. No physical product will be shipped.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind after the digital content has been delivered.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, before immediate delivery begins, the customer is asked to:
- expressly request the immediate supply of the digital content; and
- acknowledge that, once the supply of the digital content begins, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost.
Confirmation of this consent is provided with the order confirmation.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is defective, corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or not as described.
When We Will Make It Right
If the digital content is defective, inaccessible, incomplete, or not as described, we will first attempt to restore access or provide corrected files within a reasonable time and at no additional cost.
Where required by applicable law, you may also be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund.
We will provide corrected files or issue a refund, where appropriate, if:
- you received the wrong file;
- the file is corrupted or unreadable;
- your download link is broken and our support team has been unable to restore access;
- you were charged twice for the same order; or
- you were charged in error.
For neconforming digital content, legislația UE acordă în principal dreptul de a solicita aducerea conținutului în conformitate, iar în anumite condiții reducerea prețului sau încetarea contractului și rambursarea.
When We Generally Do Not Issue a Refund
We generally do not issue refunds for:
- a change of mind after immediate delivery has begun with your express consent;
- difficulty completing the project — our support team will be happy to help;
- the pattern’s skill level, dimensions, materials, tools, or file formats not matching your expectations when this information was clearly stated on the product page before purchase;
- failure to verify software or device compatibility when the required file formats and software information were clearly stated before purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
How to Request Support or a Refund
Email hello@vasileandpavel.com with:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue; and
- a screenshot or screen recording, where relevant.
We typically respond within two business days.
Pattern License
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, purchasing a pattern grants you a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use.
You may use the pattern to create and sell finished physical items made by you.
You may not:
- resell, share, copy, upload, distribute, sublicense, or give away the digital pattern files;
- include the digital files in another product, bundle, course, membership, or download;
- claim the pattern design or digital files as your own; or
- use the digital files to manufacture or distribute templates, kits, molds, or other products that reproduce the pattern itself.
