This package contains the PDF pattern, STL files for the 3D printed molds and a link to an instructional video about how to make a sheath for a multitool.
💡 The PDF pattern is for the large sheath.
✅ The STL files are for 3 molded sheath dimensions:
▶ Large 3.4/1.6/1 inch (86/40/24 mm)
▶ Medium 3.2/1.6/0.9 inch (81/40/22 mm)
▶ Small 2.8/1.4/0.7 inch (71/36/18 mm)
You can adapt the PDF pattern for the medium and small size 3D printed molds. This way you can make sheaths for all types of mutitools.
With 3D molding technique you can obtain consistent, perfect results in leather forming, with little or no experience and with minimal tools.
The key of the 3D printed molds is that it ensures the process yields the same quality product every time.

💡 If you intend to reuse the mold for many projects, I recommend printing at 100% infill.
💡 If you want to use it for a project, I recommend still going for at least 25% infill + 8 layers thickness for the walls.
⚠️ Protect the mold when using it with woodworking clamps.
💡 Please watch the video for the detailed process.
