Dust Angel is a handmade leather cyberpunk mask crafted from premium Italian leather and hand stitched with waxed thread. Based on my original design, this skull helmet mask features handmade brass canisters with an antiqued finish, wet-formed ear pieces, and brass details.
Built in three separate pieces — the helmet, respirator, and goggles — this mask blends heirloom craftsmanship with a dark post-apocalyptic aesthetic. It is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable to wear for hours, fitting most head sizes with a circumference of 22.0–23.6 inches (56–60 cm).
The brass canisters are chemically treated by hand to create an aged, antiqued look. The ear pieces are wet formed and finished with brass accents for added character and detail.
This cosplay mask is ideal for cyberpunk cosplay, post-apocalyptic costumes, photo shoots, performances, films, TV series, concerts, comic conventions, Halloween, themed parties, and festivals. It is designed to stand out and make a powerful impression.
Some parts of this leather mask are shaped using 3D printed molds, designed and produced by me as part of my own making process.
Each mask comes with a handmade linen dust bag, closed with leather strings.

Every mask begins as a flat piece of Italian leather and ends as a wearable sculpture. The leather is cut by hand, shaped, and stitched with waxed thread from the pointed tip of the beak to the curved edges of the face frame. The lenses are set from original polarized polycarbonate sunglasses — clear, protective, and built to stay in place under wear.
The result sits between artifact and accessory: precise enough to wear, striking enough to display, made well enough to keep for decades.

A: Top-quality Italian vegetable-tanned leather — light, durable, and develops a subtle patina over time. Not chrome-tanned, not bonded — full Italian veg-tan, the same material used in high-end leather goods.

Yes, you are free to sell finished products made with Vasile and Pavel patterns. Credit for the design is appreciated but not required.
A cutter, round hole punch, hand stitching needles, rubber mallet and cutting pad. No sewing machine required — all our bags are hand stitched.
Each pattern page clearly states the difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. We recommend starting with a Beginner pattern if you are new to leatherwork. For Advanced patterns, prior experience with at least 2-3 bag projects is recommended.
Each pattern includes a full materials list with leather thickness, weight in ounces, and quantity needed. We recommend vegetable tanned leather for best results. Specific recommendations are included in every pattern.
