The pattern is designed to be used with precisely 7.5 oz (3 mm) rigid leather or leather lined to achieve 7.5 oz (3 mm) thickness (as presented in the instructional video). Please watch the video.
This package contains:

The blueprint tube is lined with stiffener and pigskin. You can also make it from rigid 7.5 oz (3 mm) leather.
You will find a list of materials, hardware and tools in the PDF pattern file. There is also a link to the video instructions.

- BODY (BLACK and YELOW): around 5.5sqft (0.5 sqm) 4 - 4.05 oz (1.6-1.8 mm) leather lined with shoe stiffener(PITEX) and pigskin to achieve exactly 7.5 oz (3 m) thickness. The pattern is designed for precisely this thickness.

A cutter, round hole punch, hand stitching needles, rubber mallet and cutting pad. No sewing machine required — all our bags are hand stitched.
Each pattern page clearly states the difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. We recommend starting with a Beginner pattern if you are new to leatherwork. For Advanced patterns, prior experience with at least 2-3 bag projects is recommended.
Each pattern includes a full materials list with leather thickness, weight in ounces, and quantity needed. We recommend vegetable tanned leather for best results. Specific recommendations are included in every pattern.
