Ich habe lange nach der idealen Tasche zum Anbau an meinen Sattel gesucht. Die raffinierte Naht der Anleitung habe ich etwas abgewandelt und genau die Tasche, wie ich sie schon lange gesucht habe. Es passen zwei 0,5l Flaschen Wasser hinein. Und sie sieht toll aus. Die Freundin will auch direkt eine für ihren Sattel.
I really enjoyed making this bag. The stitching elevates the it to another level. There is room for customization which I will do on the next bag, perhaps a different closure and rivets in some areas. The pattern was easy to follow but I found the video a bit too fast to follow the stitching, which I have never done before. I had to find another video to show the details. In any case, I will definitely make another one!
Can't wait to make a few of these. Also great video easy to follow.
Although I have yet to make this bag, it is high on my To Do List as I see it as one of the most useful designs. Small enough not to be too big but big enough without being too small to hold the essentials, plus a bit more.
Being a somewhat novice leather-crafter, I found the video very helpful in verifying that the bag build should be within my skill level. Having it available to refer to while building will be a huge help.

Each pattern page clearly states the difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. We recommend starting with a Beginner pattern if you are new to leatherwork. For Advanced patterns, prior experience with at least 2-3 bag projects is recommended.
Each pattern includes a full materials list with leather thickness, weight in ounces, and quantity needed. We recommend vegetable tanned leather for best results. Specific recommendations are included in every pattern.
